As Chief Operations Officer, Phil works to set the overall vision and strategy of the company, as well as driving team performance and stewarding client success. Since transitioning from his previous role as Chief Creative Officer, he has architected significant company growth, scaling the team from 5 to 19 people, and overseeing nearly 400% increase in revenue. Phil graduated with high honors from Vassar College. A world-class amateur athlete, he can often be found swimming, biking and running near his home in Oakland. He often wishes he were in Cinque Terre, Italy, his favorite place to visit.
