What if Oaklanders could access critical services with the click of a button? Oakland City Hall is building a Civic Design Lab to change the way City Staff work with our community. Learn how Oakland will work across departments and alongside community organizations to build a more responsive and accessible government from the inside out. The Lab is the first-of-its-kind collaborative working space for public, private, nonprofit, and academic sectors to create innovative solutions to civic challenges. Join us for a creative workshop on design critical civic issues, followed by an open house (meet and greet) with innovative City Staff and a tour of our new Civic Design Lab.
