Session Title: Human-Centered Design in the Public Sector

This session will be a hands-on interactive event demonstrating how empathic problem-solving and better listening can lead to more meaningful and relevant products and services. Co-Founder Judi Brown will share key insights from CivicMaker’s experience co-designing human-centered innovation trainings for public sector partners and how those learnings can be applied by government agencies, nonprofits and civic technology companies. Now, more than ever, the need for diverse groups of people to work collaboratively is critical to ensuring human needs are being met.

Note: this session meets at Code for America,155 9th Street, San Francisco.
