Session Title: The Value of Iterative Design

The Product Design team at Yelp is incrementally refining our product based on user testing, metrics and constant feedback from our team members to ensure a good user experience for our product. Learn how we identify problems in our product and come up with better solutions through iterative design.

Even with all available design resources, guides and principles, it’s impossible to design the perfect interface that exceeds user expectations and business goals in a single attempt. Most of the apps we use have gone through multiple testing and design iterations to get to the latest version that we see today.
