Session Title: What Does it Take to be the Next Steve Jobs?

Technology is reaching an equilibrium. The 21st century will be the designer century— companies will flourish because they have a robust design strategy while others will fail for lack of design. Design is the greatest lever for building the greatest companies to come, but how do you actually put design into practice in starting a business? In this session Steve will share what he learned by interviewing dozens of designers, design founders, entrepreneurs, and investors, all who draw inspiration from the one individual who most greatly influenced the role of design in tech: Steve Jobs. From building design into a company’s foundation (not a facade), to being a storyteller, to staying hungry and foolish, attendees will learn the Jobsian traits essential to becoming the next great design-tech leader.
