Session Title: Why an Entrepreneur Should Utilize Community Capital

Cutting Edge Capital collaborates with visionary, courageous change makers to bring community capital to the new economy. In this session the CEC team will discuss how entrepreneurs can utilize community capital to fund their businesses and support the growth of an economy that is resilient, just, and sustainable. Learn how entrepreneurs can achieve this by utilizing multiple crowdfunding strategies, including Direct Public Offerings (DPOs), Regulation A+, 506(c), and the new Title III exemption. These strategies can help businesses grow at the same time that they are raising funds. Suggested Audience: Entrepreneurs, Small Business Developers, Incubators, Social Enterprises, Non-profits.
