Session Title: How to Apply Discipline to Creativity to Foster an Innovative Culture

As design thinking makes its way to organizations it becomes critical to increase the discipline and understand how to measure the impact. Comrade is a digital design agency that helps companies continually evolve by bringing creativity to their process, creativity, and culture. We’ve learned that creativity can’t deliver value without structure. Learn from our CEO Thelton McMillian on how we’re working with companies to pair discipline with creativity.

In this session, the first half will be a presentation on best practices and real-world examples including how we’ve helped companies determine design choices that drive adoption and engagement. The other half of the session will be a lively open discussion where participants can ask and get direct answers to their biggest CX or measurement challenges on the fly.
